Contact with fire, alcohols, perfumes, skin creams or other strong chemicals can affect the metallic coating.

Avoid contact with water; remove items before bathing, showering or swimming.

Store the jewelry separately in the packaging it came in or in an airtight jewelry box as contact with air will gradually cause the color to fade.

For long-term use, we kindly suggest that you wipe the items with a paper towel or soft cloth during use and regularly.

Remove jewelry before going to bed or engaging in physical activity as metals react with skin oils and cause discoloration

Metals used in jewelry react differently to each individual's skin oils. It is not Emma Louise™'s obligation to refund or replace the item if discoloration occurs as a result of a reaction between skin and metal oil or failure to follow either of the two above-mentioned measures.
