We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Emma Louise product, our return policy guarantees that you can return your order without any reason within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size/version, you can return it to us for a refund and then place a new order to get the size you want. We will of course refund the money for the returned item.

Please send us an email if you would like to return your products. We will then provide you with the appropriate postage information.

Please be very careful when trying on products as we cannot arrange exchanges or refunds for products with marks, stains or damage. Please inspect items carefully as soon as they are received: we only accept products returned to us in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
